You have 14 days to return the merchandise from the date of shipment confirmation of your order.

Please note that accessories are items that, for health and hygiene reasons, cannot be returned unless they are kept in their original condition and packaging, verifying that they have not been used on any occasion.

If your order includes a gift/present as a detail, such as the wand, when making the return, this, like the rest, must also be returned or the cost of the gift/present will be deducted from the refund.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
