Orders are dispatched once availability and payment are confirmed, on working days only. Our carrier is TIPSA.

Mainland Spain: €3.50 to your door, and free on orders of €49.90 or more. Rest of Europe: €5.95.

Delivery time: 1 to 3 working days in mainland Spain and 3 to 10 in the islands (15 working days for personalised pieces). International shipping, between 10 and 20 days.

Free shipping offers apply to mainland Spain only, not to the islands, Ceuta and Melilla or abroad.

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your parcel to exchange or return a piece.

Pieces must arrive with their original labels, in their box if they came in one, and in the same condition in which you received them, including any gift that came in the parcel.

Made-to-order and made-to-measure pieces cannot be exchanged or returned.

Send the piece with the carrier of your choice to: BRILLARELA – Sales and Returns Department, C/ Nuestra Señora del Val 5, 28816 Camarma de Esteruelas (Madrid). Return postage is at your expense and is not refunded.

Once we receive and check it, we will let you know by email and refund the amount by the same payment method, within around 7 to 15 working days depending on your bank.

For an exchange, return the piece and place a new order for the one you would like.

Headbands come in several widths and the clips have a lined alligator clip, which neither slips nor snags.
