    8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY<\/h5>\n

    For the purposes of these Terms, “delivery” or “delivered” shall be understood to have occurred when you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the products, which will be evidenced by the signature of receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.<\/p>\n

    9. IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY<\/h5>\n

    If we are unable to deliver your package, the courier will attempt to contact you by phone. If they are unsuccessful, they will leave a notification in a visible location (front door, mailbox, etc.) with a contact number so you can request a new delivery. The second delivery will be made on the date agreed upon by phone. If delivery cannot be completed during this second attempt, the package will be held at the corresponding agency until a new delivery date is arranged. <\/p>\n

    If 15 days have passed since your order was available for delivery, and the order has not been delivered for reasons beyond our control, the courier service will return the package to us. As a result of this return, the customer will be required to pay the shipping costs again for us to send the package back to their address. <\/p>\n

    12. GUEST PURCHASE<\/h5>\n

    13. VALUE ADDED TAX AND INVOICING<\/h5>\n

    In accordance with Article 68 of Law 37\/1992 of 28 December, on Value Added Tax, the delivery of goods will be considered to take place within the territory where Spanish VAT applies if the delivery address is in Spain.     14. RETURN POLICY<\/h5>\n

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. <\/p>\n

    Consequences of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n

    In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 15 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will process this refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned them, whichever is the earliest. It is understood that the time between requesting an exchange or return and receiving the items in our warehouse cannot exceed 15 calendar days. <\/p>\n

    You must return the products to us by mail to BRILLARELA, C\/ Nuestra Se\u00f1ora del Val 5, 28816, Madrid, Spain, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 15 calendar days from the date you receive the order. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the end of this period. <\/p>\n

    You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Whether in-store or online, you must always send a printed copy of the PDF indicated in the exchange and return policy<\/u> (link to this section) along with the products so we can identify the order. Without this document, we will be unable to process the return. <\/p>\n

    14.2 Contractual right of withdrawal<\/h6>\n

    In addition to the legally recognized right of withdrawal for consumers and users mentioned in clause 14.1 above, we grant you a period of 15 days from the date of delivery of the products to exchange or return them (except for those mentioned in clause 14.3 below, for which the right of withdrawal is excluded).
