1. WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM TIME LIMIT FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS?<\/h5>\n

You have 14 calendar days from when the package arrives at the indicated address.<\/p>\n

2. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?<\/h5>\n

Do not exceed the maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.<\/p>\n

The items must be returned with their original tags, the box (if applicable), and in the same condition as when you received them. This includes any gifts included with the package; otherwise, their value will be deducted from the refund amount. <\/p>\n

Custom-made, made-to-order items cannot be exchanged or returned.<\/p>\n

3. HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?<\/h5>\n

You must send the items you wish to return to us using the shipping company of your choice to:<\/p>\n

*Refund:<\/strong> We will receive and inspect the items. Once the return is approved, you will receive an email informing you of the refund. Please remember that the processing time for the refund will depend on your bank. <\/p>\n

BRILLARELA is not responsible for shipments made on behalf of the customer if they are not delivered to our address or are lost.<\/p>\n

4. HOW CAN I MAKE A CHANGE?<\/h5>\n

Make the return following the same instructions as “How can I make a return?” and a new purchase of the product you want.<\/p>\n

5. WHICH ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS?<\/h5>\n

No changes or returns are accepted on custom-made and\/or made-to-measure items.<\/p>\n

6. WHEN AND HOW WILL WE RECEIVE MY REFUND?<\/h5>\n

You will receive the refund using the same payment method used for your purchase within an estimated 7-15 business days, depending on your bank.<\/p>\n

The refund will only cover the cost of the returned items.
