Please note that accessories are items that, for health and hygiene reasons, cannot be returned unless they are kept in their original condition and packaging, verifying that they have not been used on any occasion.

If your order includes a gift/present as a detail, such as the wand, when making the return, this, like the rest, must also be returned or the cost of the gift/present will be deducted from the refund.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

La diadema Luciérnaga es preciosa, no pude haber elegido mejor para mi sobrina que le ENCANTÓ! El color es tal y como se ve en la página. Yo cogí la verde oliva y de verdad que me apasionan todos los accesorios de esta marca. Una pena que sólo sean para niñas porque ya digo que le compro un montón a mi sobrina y ella emocionadísima como una princesa! Repetiré 100% con más regalitos. Además llegan en perfecto estado y siempre decorados con una bolsita o una caja preciosa muy brilli brilli y una dedicatoria de la hadas. En serio que la marca tiene en cuenta todos los detalles😍
